Old Film

The MOWELFUND (Movie Workers Welfare Foundation, Inc.) building in in Cubao, Quezon City was the location for the suspense-thriller film that I shot this year, starring Sharlene Pedro and Nash Aguas. This old building has a film museum and scattered are film reels and equipment that were just waiting there to rot.

Before the Art Department cleaned up all the litter at the 5th, 6th and 7th floors where we'd construct a set, I took some pictures of the remnants of Philippines's forgotten film history.
